Get ready for a celebration of dance and community as we aim to deliver an exciting, fun-filled, and professionally organised event.

So, join us for a spectacular event featuring:

  • A memorable New Year’s Eve Party!

  • High-quality, multi-level workshops.

  • Intensive with J’Em on 30th December - 17:00-20:15.

  • 4 nights of social dancing.

  • Fun contests, such as hi-lo strictly swing, WSDC Jack & Jills, and incredible shows!

  • A relaxed schedule and a warm welcome from the UK Westie Community!

2026 NYE Party Theme!

A theme is part of the NYSF tradition!

From Bond 007 to Circus, Popstars, Midnight in Monte Carlo and Hollywood, a party theme has been part of NYSF from the very beginning. Each one gives every edition its own personality, creates a buzz of excitement and gives us the chance to use our creative skills. And years later, it’s a wonderful way to look back, reminisce and remember the fun we’ve had along the way.

It’s all part of what makes NYSF special, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

  • Yes, the New Year’s Eve party is included with your full pass or party pass and open to all attendees. Dress to impress, or come as you are, and get ready to celebrate!

  • No, we don’t offer a gala dinner on NYE. Instead, you’re free to make your own arrangements for food before joining us for the Countdown Party, which starts at 9:30pm.

  • Unfortunately, no. The NYE party is exclusively for event pass holders.

  • You’ll receive a notification through your DanceApp account when a place becomes available.

    We can’t say exactly when this will happen, as it depends on when solo leaders register. In our experience, solo leaders tend to register closer to the event.

    If you’re on the follower waitlist, one of the best ways to improve your chances of getting a place is to speak to your leader friends and encourage them to book!

  • No, we only offer a full event pass (includes workshops), or a party pass (excludes workshops).

  • Yes! If you have booked a full event pass or a party pass, you can bring your non-dancing partner to the NYE Party.

    Please check back with us in December when we release tickets for non-dancing guests.
